History

DOLF MADI has emerged as an innovative international knowledge firm, specializing in capacity building interventions that focus on the following three major activities: good governance re-engineering, organizational strengthening and entrepreneurial skills upgrading since 1981.

DOLF MADI INTERNATIONAL LIMITED is registered in accordance with the Federal Republic of Nigeria Companies and Allied Matters Act, (CAMA), 1990

Dolf Madi Consulting focuses its services on human development, skills enhancement, organizational strengthening, retirement planning, as well as good governance transformation and democratic development. In addition to the firm’s special focus on the socioeconomic, emotional and physical well-being of individuals, our other major areas of capacity building interventions include public and private sector reform and institutional strengthening, as well as entrepreneurship grooming and micro-finance intermediation.

Our international human and institutional development experience revealed to us conclusively that whereas the corporate and enterprise problems in the Western world usually relate to processes, structure, systems and especially technology, in Nigeria, it is more often the human beings, followed by other organizational factors and contingencies, such as systemic corruption, that should be fully addressed. In 2009, Dolf Madi and Osiwa became partners 2008 to 2011. This partnership created open societies marked by functioning democracy, good governance, and the rule of Law, basic freedoms, and empowered citizens.

In effect, we strive, through various interventions, to ensure that the human aspects of national development are creatively balanced and integrated with the technical aspects. This is why we integrate culture change, adaptation and transformation as key components of our deliverables.
